Delaware Health and Social Services' Division for the Visually Impaired reminds citizens that Wednesday October 15 is White Cane Day.
Volunteers are needed 9 a.m. - 1 p.m., Saturday, Nov. 1 to help plant trees and shrubs that will create a buffer along the banks of the St. Jones River in Dover.
